get me through it soup


1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 stick celery
1/2 carrot
1 clove garlic
> saute
3/4 tsp red pepper paste
1/2 c chopped tofu
> saute
4 c vegetable broth
> bring to a boil
3-4 oz uncooked rice noodles
> simmer 15 minutes
1/8 c chopped cilantro
1/8 c chopped avocado
> sprinkle on top + serve
